As part of the Moving Pictures project, a common theme that arose across all cultures and linguistic groups was the stigma associated with dementia. Bringing together the voices of diverse carers and providers, the team has developed "Dementia: A democratic disease", which is a short film that aims to reduce stigma of dementia in Australia's multicultural communities.
